For all other categories of Indefinite Leave to Remain applications, Form Set(O) is used. It covers persons with UK Tier 1 investor and Global Talent visas, Skilled Worker Visas, PBS dependents, and UK Ancestry visas.

The applicant must pay £2,389 for an Indefinite Leave to Remain application.

If a dependent or family member applies, they must also pay the full charge of £2389.
